a busy week!

This week we again had many hard workers on the site!
The plumber has prepared the installations for the heating, sanitary and water connections all in the house. The outside water tap is already attached, as well as the solar system already enthroned on the roof!
The electrician has installed all pipes and cans in the walls and ceilings. Everywhere now cables hang from holes in the ceiling ;-) And so far we are with the set of points are very satisfied. Obs really are the right places, will probably put out only after the arrival ...
also have become the "missing" window and our door was installed. Today we had the first bridge up our own house! COOL!! ;-))))

The windows are in!!

Since we are again ... and same with good news: We have windows! Today, the window manufacturer
were busy at work and have built our selected window. The now but still the front door and a living room window (it was not to be found ...;-))) Test), because now we left earlier. The fact should meet in the coming week.

Since we are the windows so even on Thursday announced and unfortunately no one was there to drink our coffee, or even anything to install ... We were absolutely delighted that today, now at least most of the windows are here!
The window manufacturers have praised our windows very well because we have chosen real good thing. They are glazed 3-fold, have a U-value of only 0.8 and are immensely thick :-) and with the integrated shutters also really hard!
beginning of the week will be the builders to come back up to the sills, then it is the scaffolding away. We are really excited as our little house, "naked" will work without scaffolding!!

Monday was nice of Electrical Engineers of B + O at us to vote for all electrical installations. It was a nice conversation with many tips and now an estimate for our special requests ... ;-) Where you have to say that there probably is no one who gets by with the ECO standard !?!?! But the quote is exactly what we expected, so this time we get a shock :-)))

This week we have also deleted in spite of the beautiful rain, the roof shelters in part ... because next week is probably the scaffolding removed and the temperatures also be reduced to, this was unfortunately badly needed. walls, roof shelters and dates! New tile floor and walls

Yes, our building is still alive ... we were a bit lazy in writing the last week, but that we are now catching up again!
On Saturday our hardworking Masons have again been working on our walls and this completed. Sun are now on our floor all the walls and walls. Now, the bricklayer must probably only the walls of the sills after installation of the windows come to us because it is almost sad ... ;-)))

on Friday before has our construction manager Mr. Carstens us by telephone, where the next events: next week, the windows that week after the electrician and the medic to make the body shop installations, in week 1 then comes the plaster and the third week will then place the utility lines into the house. Well, and a provisional completion date is now also available ... the handover is planned for the end of March! Thus, the promised construction period of 6 months is strictly observed, although several people in preliminary discussions always spoke of a shorter construction period of 3 to 5 months. We had in our planning with a move as expected in March ... now we are slightly disappointed, but we'll probably get over it ;-)))

Since yesterday also the beautiful roof overhang mounted. And to match the outside temperatures have dropped into the basement.
